Haymarket Medical Education’s Outcomes Assessment and Evaluation Team brings more than 20 years of specialized knowledge in data analysis and outcomes reporting. We report on Moore’s Levels 1-5, encompassing program participation and satisfaction as well as changes in knowledge, competence, and performance. Our capabilities extend into claims-level data, measuring changes in learners’ performance, including diagnoses, procedures, treatments, and referrals utilizing ICD codes, NPD drug codes, and CPT/HCPCS codes.
HME is the first and only CME provider to achieve BPA iCompli certification of its educational outcomes process. BPA Worldwide, a trusted not-for-profit resource for compliance and assurance services globally, awarded this certification after a rigorous review of HME’s technological capability, data management, internal controls, personnel, and results-reporting strategies. This independent validation of HME’s outcomes process offers assurance to stakeholders by reliably demonstrating the value of their investment in education.
Meet the Team
With more than a decade of experience in the CME profession, Emily directs the Outcomes efforts for Haymarket Medical Education and the National Association for Continuing Education. She ensures that outcomes measurement and reporting requirements are met for each supported activity. Emily is an active member of the Alliance for Continuing Education in the Health Professions as well as her regional chapter, the Mid-Atlantic Alliance for Continuing Medical Education. Emily earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Psychology and Research and a Masters degree in Business Administration.
